Relax, Refresh & Rejuvenate with our first Wellness Hideaways Retreat of the New Year February 22-28th 2010 in Costa Rica for a week of Yoga, Massage, Healthy Meals, Juicing, Thai Massage & Adventure in the Caribbean Jungle of Costa Rica!
The week begins with daily rejuvenating mind/body classes, hiking and adventurous activities in the tropics such as cycling to the National Park and visiting the resident monkeys. You will also have the opportunity to participate in a 15 hr thai massage workshop facilitated by a Certified Thai Massage Therapist from the Vedic Conservatory which will enable you to earn Continuing Education Credits. Thai Massage is the ancient massage practiced for centuries in Thailand and referred to as "lazy man's yoga". This is the best massage you will ever receive.
Early Bird Rates are $1,399 for the week or a shorter option: Feb 24 -28 for only $999 (pay in full by Jan 31st). Deposits of $500 required asap to reserve your spot!

*Prices include accommodations, meals, mind/body exercise classes daily, trip to the National Park of Cahuita, chocolate making tour, transport to & from the airport, a massage & a welcome package. Massages & spa treaments, and tours can be purchased at an additional cost.

These workshops and retreats will be in held in beautiful Cahuita, which is a small town on the Caribbean coast of Costa Rica south of Limon and close to the surfer town of Puerto Viejo. The beaches are beautiful and you will find yourself in tranquil surroundings at our retreat centre location “The Goddess Gardens”. You are also welcome to book extra days before or after your stay to extend your vacation in paradise.
