8 day/7 night Thai Massage Intensive Training & Adventure with Ariela Grodner


Relax, Refresh & Rejuvenate for a week on the tropical Caribbean coast of Costa Rica, while learning the techniques of traditional “lazy man’s yoga” also known as thai massage. This blissful week will include 5 days of instruction of thai massage with ayurveda combined with Ariela Grodner. Earn 36hrs of CEU’s (great for LMT's).

Where? The retreat centre is located in a tropical environment on the Caribbean coast of Costa Rica in a small town called Cahuita. The retreat centre is called The Goddess Gardens, where you will have the opportunity to surrender in a peaceful jungle setting.

What is included? This week includes beautiful shared accommodations, 3 delicious organic meals per day, 5 full days of thai massage training, an excursion to a nearby waterfall, visit to a chocolate farm, visit to an indigenous village of the Bri-Bri Indian, a visit to the National park to see the resident monkeys of the Caribbean coast and airport transfer to and from the retreat centre.
*For additional fees, you may choose to have a private session: yoga, pilates, personal training, massage sessions or a spa treatment. There is a also a traditional Sweat Lodge in the next town. In addition, Don Candido, a BriBri tribe elder and "Medicine Man extraordinaire" may be available for a consultation. We hope to have a chance to meet with him and learn about his healing treatments with native plants & herbs of the country. Spanish translation available.

Join us May 15-21st 2011 for Lomi Lomi Intensive Training with Dennis & Jairo of Sacred Bodywork

Relax, Refresh & Rejuvenate for a week on the tropical Caribbean coast of Costa Rica, while learning the spiritual form of Lomi Lomi massage. This blissful week will include 5 days of instruction of Lomi Lomi massage with Jairo & Dennis of Sacred Bodywork and offer 32hrs of CEU’s.

What’s Included? Accommodations are based on double occupancy, nutritious meals daily, excursions include: a trip to the National Park of Cahuita to visit the resident monkeys, Jaguar rescue center and a chance to meet with a shaman of the Bri-Bri village to learn about their healing skills, a welcome package and more.

The retreat centre is located on the Caribbean Coast of Costa Rica where you will have the opportunity to surrender in a peaceful jungle setting and immerse yourself in the ocean and with nature.

All transfers from the airport to the hotel are included, excursions mentioned above, *All accommodations are based on shared occupancy.
